The stuff was really helpful and nice and we can't wait to come back. The location seemed favourable and great close to the shopping malls especially Le Terrazze. Also, such tourist sights as a Roman Catholic cathedral where really close to the hotel.

Spacious rooms and lots of space to move around. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center and the ferry. Plenty of free parking spaces available right in front of the hotel. The owner was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs.
The room did not match the pictures and was in poor condition. It felt a bit unsafe and was not aesthetically pleasing.

My room was not only spacious but also very peaceful, plus it had a sneaky gas burner cleverly placed behind the closet. I loved how convenient the location was, just a stone's throw away from the port 🌊. the staff here were all super friendly and went out of their way to solve any issues I had.

The location of the guesthouse is very convenient, as it is near the city center and close to the port, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, there is a cycle hire service nearby, perfect for exploring the surroundings. The rooms are clean and the staff is helpful, providing clear directions to locate the guesthouse.
One negative aspect mentioned by a guest is the difficulty in finding the guesthouse, as it is located inside a residential building and lacks clear instructions for locating the exact building entrance.

The location was ideal, with the ferry terminal and train station to Cinque Terre just a short walk away. The owner communicated clearly and provided quick responses to our inquiries, making the check-in process smooth and easy. We appreciated the reasonable price and the fact that the apartment had ample space for our large family. Being close to the city center was also a plus.
My wife says that it would have been great if the hotel had some amenities specifically catered to families with children.

The room at Guest House Erika was super cozy and comfy, with premium bedding that made me feel right at home. I loved having free WiFi in my room, it made it easy to stay connected during my stay. The flat-screen TV in the room was a great addition, perfect for streaming my favorite shows after a long day of exploring. Having a kitchen with an oven was a bonus, as a vegetarian, I could whip up my own plant-based meals. The thoughtful touches like free toiletries and a kettle in the room were much appreciated.
Personally, I found the electric kettle in the triple room a bit too small for my needs.

I chose this hotel for attending a session and it provided a snack bar/deli, a sauna, and a meeting room. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I had a pleasant experience using them.
One service that I missed for my work was a reliable and fast internet connection. The WiFi in the hotel was slow and inconsistent, making it difficult for me to carry out work-related tasks efficiently.

Amazing surprise with spacious mini-apartment featuring a large bedroom, big fridge, and kettle. The bathroom even had a sauna! Loved the self check-in and self check-out, making it feel like a home away from home. Great value for money compared to other expensive locations in the city.
Felt like a true getaway, no complaints whatsoever.
